My experience working with M.C. Ginsberg was nothing short of fantastic. I was shopping for an engagement ring, and although I was on a fairly limited budget, I still wanted something classy, beautiful, and unique. Everywhere I went, the options were very uninspired. But when I went to M.C. Ginsberg, the staff took me very seriously, asked me all the questions I didn’t know to ask myself, and helped me plan to get the best option my budget would allow. They took a few diamonds I had handed down from family members, and showed me computer-generated images of the different types of ring they could make with them.
Every step of the way I felt that I had control of the process, and that I was a valued customer. The staff members seemed very invested in giving me a product that would make my proposal everything I wanted. They were proud of their work, and they were happy to be a part of a crucial moment in my life. I would highly recommend working with M.C. Ginsberg, and will certainly be back when it’s time to buy wedding bands.
